Event Lodging Information

Trails & Trilliums takes place at the breathtaking Beersheba Springs Assembly. Nestled on the edge of the Cumberland Plateau and overlooking the scenic Collins River Valley, this historic location offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and timeless charm.
Don’t wait to secure your accommodations—lodging at BSA fills quickly and sold-out last year!
Due to limited staff and financial realities, BSA requires a 2-night minimum stay. Help us support our BSA partners by planning a long weekend in nature and staying with us for at least 2 nights! However, if you would like to talk to BSA further about a shorter stay, contact Allyson Ashmore at 931-692-3669 or allyson.ashmore@twkumc.org
Beersheba Springs Assembly
Beersheba Springs Assembly stands on the edge of the Cumberland Plateau and overlooks
the scenic Collins River Valley. It consists of a pre-Civil War Hotel and its surrounding historic buildings. In 1941, the Tennessee Conference of the Methodist church purchased the property and sought to restore it to a place where people want to gather. Since then, BSA has offered guests from all walks of life a place to seek God in a natural setting, offering modern and vintage accommodations, warm hospitality, great meals and beautiful sacred space.
