Volunteer for Festival Support

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Trails & Trilliums! Volunteers are needed from Thursday, April 9th, through Sunday, April 12th.
Volunteer Benefits
Attend open sessions and activities free.
As a thank you for your time, volunteers have the option to attend any session or activity (hikes, walks, workshops, presentations, and Hands-On Nature) that is not at capacity on the day they volunteer and has a time frame that is outside of their scheduled shift.
How it works: The availability to attend sessions or activities is determined the day of the event and there is no registration ahead of time for this benefit. No refunds will be issued due to volunteering for individuals who register and purchase an event ticket but then later decide to volunteer.
Meals are not included as a volunteer benefit, but you may purchase meals at cost.
For meals on the day you volunteer you have the option to bring your own food, visit Beersheba Springs Market across the street from the assembly, or purchase a separate Volunteer Campus Meal Ticket at cost.
How it works: Volunteer Campus Meal Tickets can be accepted or declined during the volunteer shift sign-up registration. If you choose to purchase a Volunteer Campus Meal Ticket, a separate email will be sent to you with instructions on how to select and pay for your volunteer meals. Meals must be paid for by March 22, and no refunds for the meal ticket will be issued after this date if your plans change.
