Friends Member PortalFrom here, you can review your membership history; renew or upgrade your membership; sign up to volunteer for specific activities of your liking; make a gift to the Friends; register for Friends' events; update your contact and other account information; or reset your Friends Member Services password.
You'll also be able to take advantage of heretofore unavailable options, such as the ability to pay your Friends’ membership fee in recurring monthly increments; set your membership to automatically renew each year; register for Friends events before they are made available to the general public; and more. The entire system employs high-level security, provided by Z2 Systems, Inc., a national software company dedicated to serving the needs of nonprofit organizations. Your information will be well-protected, but always available to you when you log in to Member Services. If you are not a Friends member, there are other pages on the website (under the “How You Can Help” tab) where you can join the Friends, or make a gift. You must first join, before you'll be able to access Online Member Services. If you are a NEW Friends member, and received an email directing you to this page in order to log-in and set up your account, simply click this link. For the "login name" field, enter the email address at which you received the email, and then click the blue "forgot password?" link and follow the prompts to set up your password. If you are already a Friends member, in order to access Online Member Services, you must first set up a password for your account. Here is the process for doing that: If you have an email address on file with the Friends, you’ll be receiving (or may already have received) a special email from the Friends office at [email protected]. Be looking for it, as it will contain a link that will allow you to log into Member Services for the specific purpose of activating your account by creating a password for yourself. Follow the prompts, which suggest that you've made a request to change your password; that's OK. Once you’ve done that, you will be able to access Member Services anytime you like. (We suggest you add [email protected] to your device’s contacts or address book now, so this important message doesn’t land in your junk mail folder by accident.) If you feel we may have an incorrect or outdated email address on file for you, or no email on file, please send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible, containing the email address you’d like us to use to send you your account activation instructions. Similarly, if you have any difficulty setting up your password, please email us at [email protected] to get help. If we DO have an email address on file for you, once you set up your Member Services password, you will no longer receive postal-mailed membership reminders; instead, you’ll receive email notices about your membership, as well as the option to receive information about volunteer opportunities, upcoming events, and other Friends activities. This will enable the Friends to save substantial overhead costs associated with printing and mailing reminders, while allowing you to safely access your membership information online, anytime. |
NOTE: Clicking any of the buttons below will open a form in a new browser tab or window. To return to this page, please close that window after you've finished submitting the form(s). We also recommend that you log out of the Member Services area before closing the form window(s).
