Paddling

The Grundy Lakes area of South Cumberland State Park provides a great venue for paddling, whether you prefer to do it in a canoe, kayak, or on a paddle board! Bring your favorite water-craft (no motorized craft allowed) and enjoy a few hours on the water on these historic and secluded lakes.
